Knowledge of basic mathematics and comfort with computers is important. Those who serve alcohol must have good judgment and an ability to deal with difficult people. All TRC Staffing employees in part-time banquet jobs should be prepared to work irregular and sometimes late hours. An awareness of safety and emergency issues is important. Most workers are in constant contact with customers, so they should be prepared to interact with various personalities, including those that are demanding or difficult. During busy periods they are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Questions regarding scheduling should be addressed to TRC Staffing managers as soon as possible. |
